When do I pay?
You pay only after choosing a package and confirming an invite template.
Can I mix SMS and WhatsApp for the same event?
Yes. When sending, you choose a channel per guest or set a default. Some guests get SMS, others WhatsApp, each billed at its own rate.
How do I know a template's card price before committing?
Our service is charged depending on the package chosen above and the number of guests. We don't charge per card.
What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa and bank transfer to top up your AlikaHub balance. You only top up what you need.
